Shipping & Returns

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy

You may return new, refurbished,  and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in the original condition and in the same packaging to be accepted for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


Unless otherwise stated, all Used and Refurbished items are sold with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you decide you are not happy with your purchase you must contact us by email to CustomerService@picknshipcomputers.com within 30 days of the date of purchase of your item to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your item must be in its original condition with it original packaging to be returned. Your must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your RMA to the address stated on the RMA. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. We reserve the right to offer at our discretion a credit card/cash refund, replacement/substitution item, or store credit. We will, to the best of our ability try to ensure you are completely satisfied with what ever resolution we decide.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Restocking Fee

At our discretion, all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless the return was a result of our error of sending you the wrong product. We will always, to the best of our ability use our discretion to ensure you are completely satisfied with what ever resolution we decide.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be substituted for a refund at the discretion of Pick-n-Ship Computers.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. 


Shipping Policy

We at Pick-n-Ship Computers pride ourselves in having one of the fastest shipping processes on the Internet. Depending on how busy we are, most times we will get your product processed and ready for our shipping carrier within hours (during normal business hours 9 to 4pm Central time). You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once we have created the shipping label. If it is discovered there will be a delay for any reason we will contact you by email.


PicknShipComputer.com can not ship to PO. or APO Boxes and can only ship to a Confirmed Address and may require a signature to accept the shipment. A "Confirmed Address" is THE BILLING ADDRESS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND/OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT and this address MUST MATCH your SHIPPING ADDRESS. In some instances PayPal can "CONFIRM" an address other than your billing address, but this must be done through PayPal by calling their customer service phone number.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be via UPS, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. PicknShipComputers.com reserves the right to use any shipping company it deems to ship your item. Your shipping charges will not be adjusted if PicknShipComputers.com uses another carrier other than UPS.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm except Holidays.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
